1999 Nissan maxima. it started it all.
It first started with a 1999 Nissan Maxima that I bought when I moved to the United States for my undergraduate school. Paid a full $1,200 for it. Living in Buffalo, NY, the poor black car was rusted from inside out. I learned the concept of monthly junkyard runs to save money. Forced myself to learn to fix the car. I wanted it to be the best $1,200 car on the road.
This car introduced me to the world of auto detailing.
It was my first car- it moved me and all my possessions from Buffalo, NY to Houston, TX. It took me to undergrad, grad school, and to my first job. Also rescued my dog Mickey and helped me bring him to his forever home. Performed several money shifts when I accidentally went to the 2nd gear instead of 4th, but never never left me stranded. I loved this car.

2011 bmw 335i. failure is not an option
Once I got a real job, it was time to move on from the Maxima to something cooler. Of course, I couldn't resist a ton and a half of turbocharged German engineering, so I placed an order for a BMW 335i. 6 agonizing weeks later, the car was delivered. Got pulled over the next day for speeding. The next 7 years, this car was my wingman. Gave countless phone interviews in it, took road trips to Kentucky, got yelled by parents for having two less doors. My dog Mickey would ride shotgun and impress the ladies in the car next to us.
This is the car where I knew I had to get my detailing and paint correction techniques right. The car was washed by the dealer before I became wise, so there were quite a few swirls in the paint and nicks inside. I learned advanced polishing techniques and made the car look better than showroom finish- as said by multiple people who have no affiliation with me.
“Cars do more than carry people. They carry memories.”

2016 Mercedes benz gle350. the workhorse
I've always hated SUVs. They are bulky, driving dynamics are compromised, braking distance is too long, and are generally slow. This is why I never owned an SUV. But my wife is a fan- so we got the GLE350. I have a crow to eat after getting this car. My dog loves to ride in the GLE, I love the utility it provides, and my wife loves the driving position and the 4 wheel drive capability. No one has said anything bad about it ever, whereas my 335i used to hear insults every other day. Heck, this car charged through a 1,000 year flood that happened in Houston (Hurricane Harvey). I have a complete newfound respect for SUVs.
This was the car where I learned to properly prepare a car and apply a ceramic coating to tremendously improve visual looks and paint protection, while lowering maintenance.

2018 BMW M3. The king of the haveli
As my 335i aged and I started itching for more power from a car, I got my wife's blessing for doing a European Delivery of my new M3. We ordered in in June 2017, and took delivery in September 2017. On the day of our flight to Germany, hurricane Harvey came and brought floods to Houston. We rescheduled our flights and headed to Munich. Picked up the car and made the pilgrimage to the Nurburgring, where we did a very careful lap. Got it shipped back to Houston and took delivery end of October 2017.
This is the car where I learned to install paint protection film.

2009 Subaru outback 2.5i
I moved to Reno for work, so this was the perfect excuse to buy an Outback. I've secretly been a fan of this wagon (I like wagons)- car like dynamics while being ridiculously practical, combined with Subaru's legendary all wheel drive capabilities. This is going to be my winter car, so I bought a cheap one- but this car will be a perfect canvas for me to try my detailing skills!
